Congratulations to three associations managed by Campbell:<\/span><\/p> <ul> <li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pines of Delray West in the Financial Innovation Category, managed by Teri Fifth<\/span><\/li> <li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Camino Real Village in the Financial Innovation Category, managed by David Diaz<\/span><\/li> <li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Turtle Cay HOA for &#8220;The Comeback Kid&#8221; award, managed by Richie Kuperman<\/span><\/li> <\/ul> <p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The <a href=\"http:\/\/communitiesofexcellence.net\/\" target=\"_blank\">Florida Communities of Excellence Awards<\/a> are the only recognition program for community associations throughout Florida. This is the sixth year that the awards are recognizing communities and managers for outstanding achievements. These awards are points of pride for current residents and they have a powerful impact on communities seeking to attract new owners.<\/span><\/p> <p>There are 11 award categories including:<\/p> <ul> <li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Water Conservation (Indoors and Outdoors)<\/span><\/li> <li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Energy Efficiency<\/span><\/li> <li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Florida-Friendly Landscaping<\/span><\/li> <li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Civic Volunteerism &amp; Advocacy<\/span><\/li> <li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Communications &amp; Community<\/span><\/li> <li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Family Friendly Programs &amp; Initiatives<\/span><\/li> <li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Disaster Preparedness<\/span><\/li> <li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Safety &amp; Security<\/span><\/li> <li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Financial Innovation<\/span><\/li> <li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cThe Comeback Kid\u201d<\/span><\/li> <li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Trendsetter Awards<\/span><\/li> <\/ul> <p>The Communities of <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Excellence<\/span> awards are judged by a panel of professionals that are experienced in each of the categories.<\/p> <p>The winners for each category will be announced at the <a href=\"http:\/\/communitiesofexcellence.net\/conference-and-awards-gala\/\" target=\"_blank\">Annual Conference &amp; Awards Gala<\/a> in Orlando on May 2 at the Rosen Hotel in Orlando.The\u00a0Awards Gala\u00a0is an event you won\u2019t want to miss.
